Comb & Collar use temperature-controlled baths with accessories that penetrate deep into the coat, reaching the skin & removing any dirt, dead skin & fur that regular brushing & washing at home can miss.
Our baths provide a deep clean whilst stimulating your pet’s skin for a glossier coat & help relieve sore/ aching muscles & joints from the gentle massage & warm water.
Comb & Collar use Australian-made & owned products that are environmentally conscious & made specifically for pets. We use products that contain natural ingredients & are also free of phosphates, parabens, & enzymes.
We make sure to keep your fur baby clean without harming their or your health in any way.

Comb & Collar Hydrobath
Professional Hydrobath using high quality products that will help cleanse & restore your pet’s coat & skin whilst looking and smelling great. We offer an complimentary option of sensitive shampoo to accommodate for all types of skin. Hydrobaths are a great way of spoiling your pet and also a great way to manage skin disorders such as dry skin, yeast infection, dog dandruff, flea treatment, excessive shedding & excessive itching. Ears are cleaned & given a gentle massage to help alleviate stress & relax your pet into the grooming process, complete with a full coat assessment & health check.
Then into the temperature-controlled Hydrobath using aromatherapy rinse to relax your pet further. Your pet is given a full body massage with shampoo & conditioner using only coat & skin-specific products & gently blow-dried to remove loose hair. Once dry, they are given a thorough brush with a leave-in coat conditioner.
Complimentary dental spray is used to help break down any tartar in the gums & keep their breath fresh, & nails are trimmed to their comfort level. As always, we end every service with a cuddle, cologne & treat of your pet’s choice.

The Kindness
Tidy Up / Maintenance Grooms
This service is excellent for any new puppies introduced to the grooming process or injured & elderly dogs that require shorter grooming appointments due to mobility, health, or age. The Kindness keeps your pet looking & feeling great in-between grooms. A Trim does not refer to the length of coat to be taken off, it refers to the act of tidying up the dog’s coat for a neat appearance. The Patience
De Shed / Undercoat Removal Service
The Patience is aptly named for our De Shed Service and gets out a whole lot of fur. It is the perfect way to maintain a healthy coat while keeping the excess hair around the house & car in check. This service uses a targeted process specifically for hair, dead skin & dander removal to give your pet a silky-smooth coat whilst reducing hair loss in & around your home. -

A deshed shampoo rinse formulated to neutralize the ionic charge in the coat to remove all dirt, odour, & excess oil is then applied to the coat and a full body massage is given to help loosen the hair & relax your pet.
We use specifically formulated deshed conditioners which use protein-rich ingredients that fill in damaged & rough areas of hair cuticles & allow the easy release of loose fur & dead coat to slide out with little or no force to your pet are then applied and a thorough coat brush is given using specialist tools to remove undercoat and excess fur whilst causing no harm or irritation to your pet.
A coat conditioning spray further seals the hair cuticle & promotes maximum release of tangled & collected hair within the coat & a complete full body brush deshedding blow dry is then used to remove any excess fur and massage the skin. A specialised coat serum is then used to add shine and lustre to the coat.

Express Wash
Ideal for Short-Coated Dogs
Our Express wash is the perfect pet pick-me-up & great service for pet owners on the go or after a fun day at the doggie park or beach adventures. Ears are cleaned & nails trimmed, complete with a full coat assessment & health check. Once in the warm bath your pet is given a full body wash with shampoo & conditioner using only coat & skin-specific products. They are then towel dried. As always, we end every service with a cuddle, cologne & treat of your pet’s choice.

What is a Coat Consultation & Health Check
Health Check: a check for fleas, ticks, infections, lumps, bumps, hot spots, skin lesions, and any abnormalities from nose to tail that may need medical attention.
Coat Consultation: Pre-bath brush out with specialised tools and de matting if necessary.
Additional Service Fees T&C’s
Sustainable Salon Fee: We operate as a sustainable salon.
The $3.00 Sustainable Salons Fee is a charge that Comb & Collar adds to each client’s final service bill.
If any extra work is required, we will contact you first for approval so there are no surprises on pickup or drop off.
Please note our prices are based off a well-maintained coat, good behaviour and regular at home maintenance. Additional charges may apply for long, knotted double or compacted coats, bad behaviour & specific requirements.
Extra Large Dogs: If your dog is extra-large, or you are unsure, please contact us before making a booking and to discuss personalised pricing.
Flea Policy: As the owner please ensure your dog is up to date on their flea and tick treatments, worming and vaccinations. If your dog presents with fleas, they will be immediately treated with a flea rinse to kill fleas on the skin & coat and to stop further contamination and infestation. To cover the cost of the flea rinse treatment, fumigation & extra cleaning & treatment of the salon & salon equipment a Flea Fee of $35.00 will be added to your service.
We do offer flea treatments to be added onto your service for $10.00 if you are experiencing an issue with fleas and do not want to be charged the Flea Fee please let us know at the time of your booking so we can offer suitable appointment times to pamper your pet without risk to any other client’s or pet.
