Comb & Collar are a proud partner of Sustainable Salons. The salon recycling program that creates waste solutions for barber shops, beauty salons, dermal clinics and pet-grooming salons. They have over 1000 members across Australia and New Zealand as part of the journey to zero waste. Comb & Collar are proud to be part of an initiative that rescue up to 95% of salon resources from landfill and finds repurposing solutions that benefit the environment and give back to the community.
Meet your Groomer and Owner of Comb & Collar
Lisa has been an avid animal lover her whole life. After years of working in the corporate industry, she decided to change directions & find a career that would allow her to work with animals & impact a dog's life each day in a positive manner.
Lisa saw that many dogs hated being groomed & the stress it would cause them so she wanted to make the experience rewarding & positive for the dog. That's where the concept for Comb & Collar began.
Lisa wanted to create a grooming environment for dogs that not only ensured the health of your pet’s skin & coat but established an understanding with your dog on their comfort level & trust.
Lisa went on to complete grooming school in 2022 & her animal first AID & CPR course to ensure your dogs are in the safest hands.
With over 20 years of personal experience in pet ownership of all animals, Lisa's passion lies with dogs. She understands the amount of love & the unique bond that is built between an owner & their dog.
Lisa has a rainbow bridge Pug, Lola, a sweet but sassy Dalmatian, Penny, & a clever Border Collie, Ollie.
